Founders Jean Moody and Dianne Callahan have a combined 60+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Finance, Education, Health, and Non-Profit.

CEO Strategy Sessions
Being at the top can sometimes be lonely, especially in a small to medium sized organization where you don't always have a team or individual to confidentially discuss HR, staffing, communication and leadership strategy. We serve that role for you.
Executive High Performance Coaching
Our 12-month 1:1 coaching program strengthens your leaders by focusing on 3 things: mindset (high performance beliefs and actions), leadership strategy, and goal achievement.
Leadership Training
We work with the C Suite to address gaps in leadership training in areas that have included communication, collaboration, delegation, project management and accountability.
Customer Service
Our team presents the world famous FISH Philosophy customer service and leadership training to help workplaces build raving fans through the concepts of Make Their Day, Be There, Play and Choose Your Attitude.
Strategic Planning
We work with corporate and non-profit leaders to create and facilitate powerful single- or multi-day strategic planning events resulting in group agreement on a clear plan and roadmap to take the organization into the envisioned future. We often use Grove Tools' award-winning visual facilitation templates and tools in strategic planning sessions.
