Working with us
At Catalyst we constantly strive to exceed our learners’ expectations and expand our portfolio of scheduled and tailor-made courses.Almost all of our people development courses are supported with coaching to embed the training they have received and promote behavioural change to enhance individual performance.
In addition to our Core Coaching Skills course we are in the process of developing an Advanced Coaching Programme. We currently have positions available for high-calibre Trainers and Mentor Coaches as well as an Internal Moderator to assist with the assessment of our learners’ coursework.
All of the above positions would suit practising personal or executive coaches wishing to supplement their income by developing the next generation of coaches.
Mentor Coaches
You will have relevant coaching qualifications and a minimum of two years experience of coaching your own clients over the telephone and face-to-face.Your role would be to encourage and support students as they experience being coached by you, as well as assessing their coaching ability as they practice with you.
